WORKSHOPS

  • Reservations:
    • Only a 50% downpayment is necessary to confirm a slot.
    • A slot can only be reserved for three (3) calendar days. You may request for an extension if needed. 
  • Attendance:
    • Only students with confirmed slots are allowed to attend the workshop. No walk-ins at the studio.
  • Change of Schedule:
    • Please contact us for any requests to reschedule. 
    • There is a PhP500 rescheduling fee for the following:
      • Requests received within seven (7) calendar days from the original schedule  
      • Slots purchased at a discounted rate
      • Third request to reschedule, regardless of when the request was sent
    • Refunds:
      • Payment for workshops are refundable so long as it follows both of these conditions:
        • the request for refund is made within seven (7) calendar days from payment, and
        • the reason for refund is due to Force Majeure, which includes bad weather or any uncontrollable circumstance that can endanger the safety of students and/or instructors.
        • the kit has not been shipped out yet (for online workshops)

      SHOP

      • Shipping and delivery for Soul Flower designs:
        • Orders placed on the website will be delivered via NinjaVan. Shipping fees are charged upon checkout.
        • If you wish to use another courier (e.g. LBC or book your own rider) instead, just let us know so we can make necessary changes. We will contact you in case additional shipping fees should apply. 
        • If you prefer to pick-up the order at the studio, we'll refund the shipping fee paid upon checkout. 
      • Pick-up for bespoke and bulk orders:
        • You may pick up your completed orders at the studio located at: 3rd Floor Montivar Building No. 34 Jupiter St. Bel-Air Makati City. We will provide you with contact details once your order is complete. 
        • Pick-ups are only allowed from Monday to Friday, between 9AM to 3PM.
        • If using a courier, please inform the rider to pick up under your name - the same name used when order was placed - to avoid mishandling.
      • Refunds are only allowed following these conditions:
        • There is proof submitted to hello@soulflower.co that the item received is damaged or incorrect
        • Request for refund is sent over email within seven (7) calendar days receipt of package
