Soul Flower Co. - Studio Rental

If you are an artist or creator looking for a space to work on your craft, our studio is available for rent. Our rental mechanics are as follows:

• Hourly Rate (Inclusive of machines): PhP 250
• Hourly Rate (Exclusive of machines): Php 200
• Daily Rate: PhP 1,500 (8 hours); succeeding hours - PhP 250 per hour
• Monthly Rate: Book at least 10 days (maximum of 8 hours per day) -    PhP 1,000 per day (must be consumed within the same month; 50% down payment is required to secure dates)

• Studio rental will allow you to use all the leather crafting tools, consumables (such as edge paint, tokonole, and thread) and space at the Soul Flower studio. Hardware not included.
• All dates must be pre-approved by Soul Flower, Co. to avoid conflicting schedules.
• Studio hours: 9AM - 5PM daily. You may request to use the studio beyond these hours, subject to approval.
• Available Machines: Industrial sewing machine (cylinder arm); skiver; heat stamp

If you are a crafter looking to share your knowledge with others through conducting your own classes, our studio is available for rent. Our options for studio rental as a workshop venue are as follows:

1. Option 1: You will handle sign-ups, marketing, and payments; your workshop will not be marketed under Soul Flower, Co.'s brand - Php 1,500 per hour
2. Option 2: Soul Flower, Co. will handle sign-ups, marketing, and payments; your workshop will be marketed as a Soul Flower, Co. workshop - 25% of registration fee OR PhP 1,500 per hour (whichever is higher)
